Please include a press kit with links to your current music, a list of recent shows you’ve played in the Philadelphia area, what your ticket prices were, and a guarantee on your draw. If interested, we will get back to you to set up a date. Please allow two to four weeks before following up on your initial inquiry.
To set up a happy hour, personal party, fundraiser or other event that isn’t a live musical performance, contact Ryan Miles at ryan@marketlivemusic.com. Please include details of your event including type of event, the business or non profit associated with it, the date/time, and expected turnout for the event.
If a show is canceled how do I get a refund?
If a show is cancelled for any reason you will automatically be refunded through the credit card used to purchase your tickets
How do I get tickets for shows at The Level Room?
All ticket events will have a link to our online ticket purchasing service. To pre-order tickets over the phone, call Tix.com’s call center at 1 (800) 504-4849.
What is the parking situation at The Level Room?
On-street parking is available on Market Street and other streets around The Level Room. The current PPA rate is $2/hr. up to 10:00pm, at which point it is then free. There is also a public parking lot behind The Level Room on 21st street.
